Phoenix Recovery Services works in partnership with allied community providers to deliver quality individualized supports & services, and strive to make treatment meaningful by empowering individuals to have a voice in their treatment goals & decisions.
Their mission is to address the stigma associated with behavioral health conditions by representing behavioral health in the community as a treatable/manageable condition that an individual can recover from.

- Alcohol and Other Drug Information School (ADIS)
- Problem gambling
- Domestic violence
- Therapeutic courts – Drug court, family treatment court, others
- Phoenix House – Transitional housing for men in early recovery
- Mental health treatment
- Substance use disorder – Includes outreach, assessment, individual & group therapy, and couples & family counseling
- Intervention services
- Deferred prosecution
- Mobile needle exchange – 1:1 needle exchange, safe disposal containers, equipment, counseling, and referral
