- Description
North Whidbey Help House provides supplemental/emergency food, Salvation Army prescription vouchers once a year, and telephone health and welfare checkups via their “tele-care” program. Their mission is to provide assistance to those in need in the community in an impartial and dignified manner.
They work with other human service agencies in the community to ensure that they are prepared to offer the best assistance possible and assist in not only improving lifestyles, but striving towards independence from the need for assistance.
NOTE: The North Whidbey Help House service area is northern Whidbey Island from Deception Pass to Bakken Road in Greenbank. The Help House does not serve other areas.
