The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is Washington’s largest state agency. In any given month, DSHS provides some type of shelter, care, protection and/or support to 2.6 million of the state’s 7.1 million people.

Location Services
The following services can be completed at this location in the office, online, or by phone:
- Apply for benefits or submit documents
- Before 3pm: Complete an interview for cash or food (application/eligibility review/mid-certification review)
- Report changes to any benefits
- Access to Working Connections Child Care services via phone or online
- WorkFirst/Social Services Case Management
Public computers are located in the office lobbies. The computers are available to clients for DSHS business use.
Customers who check in by 3pm will be served that day.

- Proof of Washington residency
- Income information
- Name of voluntary resettlement agency (VOLAG)
